Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the product will have strict Refund and Return Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. Failure to report the issue within this 30-days period may result in the rejection of your return or exchange request.
Upon timely notification, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will process a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate. Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
If your refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 days . If your exchange/replacement is approved the new product will be delivered within 5-7 days from the date of approval.
